SENTIO is a great way to augment your current hiring process and technologies. “Candidate sourcing” platforms like Indeed, Snag, and TalentReef are great solutions for finding people, but SENTIO is built specifically to make sure you hire the right ones. With QSR’s averaging an annual turnover of 132%, it has never been more important or difficult to determine which applicants have the mental makeup to stay with you long term. 

Here is how to implement SENTIO with your ApplicantStack automated emails.

Step 1:
Go to the Library tab.
Step 2: Click on Emails on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Identify the first automated email sent to applicants. This is typically labeled as "Applicant Received" or "Application Received TP".  You should often choose the template that has the most recent edit date.
Step 4: Once you have identified the correct email template, click into it.
Step 5:
Click Edit on the right hand side of the screen.
Step 6:
Modify the subject line. We recommend "Application Received: Next Steps".
Step 7: Edit the body text of the email. We recommend adding in the following language; "Thank you for applying to Home Instead. As the next step in the application process, please complete this brief survey so that we can get to know you better. We will contact you once we receive your survey submission".
Step 8: Hyperlink the words "this brief survey" with your survey link. This can be found under the Analyze Candidates tab in your SENTIO account.
Step 9: Click Save in the lower left hand corner of the screen.
Step 10: Review the email to ensure it has saved and the link is working properly.
