Track all of your candidates from the SENTIO Platform.

You can add EVERY candidate to a position dashboard, whether you want them to take the SENTIO Survey or not. 

Click into the position you want to track candidates and Go to "Add Candidates Without Assessment" (Remember candidates invited from this tab will NOT be sent the SENTIO Survey). From here you can:

Add emails one by one. 

  1. Add the recipient's email. 
  2. Add the recipient's name.
  3. Press "Add Candidate".

Upload a CSV File with Emails

  1. Create a spreadsheet on either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Do not worry if your spreadsheet has additional columns. (Such as; address, phone number, etc) The system knows to ignore these columns.

Just make sure;

  • In cell A1, write "Name". 
  • In cell A2, write "Email". 

     2. Fill the rest of the spreadsheet with the recipients' information. 

     3. When you are done, go to file > download as > common separated values (.csv)

     4. Upload the CSV file to SENTIO. 

     5. Press "Import CSV".

Copy and Paste A List from an Excel Spreadsheet or Google Sheets.

  1. Create a spreadsheet on either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. 
  • In cell A1, write "Name". 
  • In cell A2, write "Email". 

     2. Fill the rest of the spreadsheet with the recipients' information. 

     3. Copy and paste the information into SENTIO. 

     4. Press "Import Candidates".

List Emails, Separated by Comma, at Mass

Example: "aj@mysentio.com, william@mysentio.com, pete@mysentio.com"
