Yes! SENTIO allows you to match all of your candidates on their likelihood of success  to your client's open positions. The result? Better placements, happier clients!  

For each client simply, "Create New Position", in the position name include your client's company name. (see below)

  1. Identify your clients All-Stars and "Invite Top Performers" to build their custom Success Profile. 
  2. Once your client's Success Profile is complete jump into their "position" and "Invite Candidates". Have a pool of candidates? Just upload a spreadsheet and invite them all!
  3. The rest is simple, find which candidate has a high likelihood of success and deliver your client their next All-Star!

Note; within each candidate's MMA Report there is a "Organizational Comparison" section in which you can compare the candidate to every Success Profile built. 

For Example; You may find, while comparing a decent candidate to Michelin's VP of Marketing Success Profile, that the candidate matches favorably with Verizon's Account Executive Success Profile.
