As you create positions and build your Success Profiles, We recommend that you do NOT use yourself in any positions other than your primary work function.

As a quick example;

If you, a hiring manager, (even though you’re a company wide Rockstar) put yourself in the Success Profile for "Sales" with two Top Performers, sales candidates will be compared to you. Your data will skew the results. It is always best to ONLY use Top Performers from a particular position to build the Success Profiles.
