We define a Top-Performer as the position's best 2 to 5 employees. If there is doubt that someone should be in the Success Profile, do NOT put them in. They should all be Rockstars. A Top Performer constantly;

  2. Goes above and beyond.
  3. Epitomizes your organization's values.
  4. Someone you wish you could clone.
