Company dynamics can change. You may have a change in leadership, start selling a new product, or move cities. Perhaps you have a top performer that left the company, a new hire that is outperforming everyone, or a seasoned employee that's hitting their stride.
Whatever the reason, you can add or remove an individual to your Success Profile.
- Go to your position dashboard.
- Press the "Build Success Profile" tab.
- Invite the top performers via email.
- Wait until they complete the survey .
The record in your dashboard will appear as "pending" until the individual completes the survey.
If the top performer completed the survey as a candidate, simply press the "+" next to their name and press "add to top performer". Your Success Profile will re-calibrate instantaneously.
